The Chairs of the 2nd International Symposium on Industrial Engineering and Automation (ISIEA 2023) are glad to invite ADM members to participate in the event.

ISIEA 2023 is an initiative of the Industrial Engineering and Automation macro-area of the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano.

ISIEA 2023 will take place in Bolzano, South Tyrol, Italy, on June 22nd-23rd, 2023.

ISIEA welcomes contributions on innovation, transformation and digitalization of the industry, as well as their repercussions. With the upcoming second edition, the organizers aim to make ISIEA an increasingly relevant venue to discuss and present new research findings on Industry 4.0/5.0, industrial applications of Artificial Intelligence, digitalization of manufacturing, learning factories, robotics, design of cyber-physical systems, among the others.

The special theme of ISIEA 2023 is “Towards a Smart, Resilient and Sustainable Industry”, which expands the topics of interest for the symposium. A number of special tracks, including some organized by ADM members, address additional hot topics. All accepted papers will be published in the ISIEA 2023’s proceedings, unless the authors oppose the publication of their contribution. The proceedings will form a volume of Springer’s Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems – Scopus-indexed.

The upcoming deadlines for submissions are December 16th 2022 (abstract, optional) and January 27th 2023 (full paper). Contributors can find information on submission and templates in the website, which is regularly updated.
